Job Responsibilities

• To create digital assets for social media platforms, paid socials, HTML5 web banners, emailers and digital signages.
• Create videos and motion graphics creatives using Adobe After Effects.
• Digital photo retouching and image adaptations for the website.
• Assist in content publishing for digital platforms within the property.
• Responsible for alignment of designs according to brand guidelines.
• To work on several projects simultaneously with minimum supervision.
• To ideate and conceptualise, strong at storyboarding and contribute to campaign concepts.
• Adept in a variety of creative projects, such as branding, print and digital advertising, company literature, social media, events, websites, merchandise, etc.
• To prepare appropriate working files for digital production and export.
• Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders and other external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of creatives according to proposed designs.

Job RequirementsEducation & Certification

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Digital Media Design or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of design agency experience

Other Prerequisites

• Display exceptional design and creative skills, extending across many styles and digital channels.
• Able to work independently, perform well in a fast-paced environment with proper time management and display teamwork.
• Possesses an excellent eye for design and details, have a great understanding of typography and stay up to date with the latest design trends and digital technology.
• Must have strong art direction abilities across advertising disciplines.
• Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and XD) and MS Office on MAC platform. Able to work with 3D modelling and animation is a plus point.
• A well-spoken individual with strong pitching and presentation skills.
• Possesses a positive attitude, mature mindset and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on several projects simultaneously, efficiently, resourcefully and approach all jobs with a marketing perspective.
• Create quality 3D models, animations, textures, etc.
• Sketching and digital drawing skills.
