We are seeking for a passionate Graphic Design & Content Strategist to join our team.

This pivotal role would be instrumental in shaping our visual & content narratives, ensuring brand consistency & promoting engagement across various digital platforms.

You would provide valuable insights to our freelance designers by reviewing & enhancing design concepts, in addition being responsible for developing comprehensive monthly content strategies & content pillars for photo posts, static designs & videos.

Career Responsibilities:

Critically review designs submitted by freelance designers, providing them with constructive feedback & concise pointers for revisions. Develop interesting & relevant content strategies appealing to targeted audience within tight timelines. Maintain an exemplary standard of design excellence across all projects. Offer creative input to freelancers in refining design concepts which are aligned with brand guidelines & client objectives, elevate the aesthetic impact, quality, usability & effectiveness of all visual assets. Research current marketing trends & understand competitors' activities to maintain competitive value.

Role Requirements:

Collaborate patiently with overseas freelancers, overcoming language barriers with flair. Mastery in different design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut & Figma would be highly beneficial! Possess a powerful portfolio showcasing proficiency in conceptualizing design principles & content strategies.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,650.00 per month
