Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Designer to conceptualise and produce a variety of multimedia assets for client projects. The incumbent will translate the creative vision and project brief to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and a seamless execution from concept to completion.


This role involves hands-on design work, assisting in the creation of compelling presentation pitches, and contributing to a range of outputs including print and digital media contents (posters, videos and motion graphics).


This position reports directly to the Assistant Multimedia Director.

Responsibilities

Project Execution: Plan and execute multimedia projects, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. Creative Communication: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the creative vision and project brief and effectively communicate these to all relevant stakeholders. Pitch Support: Assist in the design and creation of high-quality presentation pitches for internal and external use. Content Production: Execute design and production tasks across print, digital static content, video and motion graphics. Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned when necessary.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in video content production and post-production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop. Must be self-driven, detail-oriented and possess critical thinking skills with clear logical reasoning. Ability to handle multiple project timelines efficiently with quick turnarounds. Bilingual in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Passionate about performing arts, design, media and the entertainment.

Advantageous Skills

Knowledge in DaVinci Resolve. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets). Good understanding of Multimedia Servers and Playback Systems. Knowledge in AI Generated Content workflows and tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion). Knowledge in Virtual Production Workflow and Pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor, Diploma, or Higher NITEC in fields related to Visual Communications, Motion Graphics, Animation Fresh graduates with a relevant portfolio are welcome to apply. Applicants without relevant academic qualification but with suitable experience can be considered.
