Job Description
The Multimedia Educator is responsible for providing multimedia support and training, and assistingwith ongoing ICT developments in the school:
Multimedia production, ICT and PA support * To oversee the school's multimedia production to support school events, committee programmes and external publicity. Media can be in the form of videos, photos or posters.
- To maintain the school's photo and video gallery.
- To maintain the school's platform for external publicity (digital signage, website and social media)
- To assist in school functions when appropriate, such as the school's level camps, Speech Day, etc.
- To manage the media related ICT assets in the school, including its procurement, maintenance and repairs, loan management and condemnation.
- As part of the ICT Team, to manage PA assets and provide PA and multimedia support for school activities and events. This includes supporting the video conferencing and/or live streaming components for online and hybrid events.
- To assist teachers in multimedia production photography and videography.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Videography or related fields with relevant ICT working experience.
2. Passion in creating videos, from concept to completion. Competent in Premiere Pro and related Adobe Products.
3. Passion in taking photographs and creating photo montage and posters. Competent in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator andrelated Adobe Products.
4. Knowledge of Video Pre-Post production, poster design and web designing are essential.
5. Familiar with the following areas or Apps will be useful:
G Suite for Education
G Suite Administration
Swiiit Web Content Management System
Web Design
App Design
Apple Apps such as iMovie
Micro:bits programming
6. Good interpersonal, communication, planning and analytical skills.
7. Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team.
8. Preferably a minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Work Details
Mondays to Fridays: 8.00 am to 5.15 pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break
Location: Clementi
11 months contract: 1 February 2026 to 31 December 2026
Salary Details
$2800 to $3500
