We are seeking highly skilled Front Office System Analyst who specialises in the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of information systems that directly support the treasury division team for business with Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FXD, IRD, FX, MM, Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and its overseas branches across the globe. As an experted System Analyst of Front Office Team, you are not limited to:

• Collaborate with Front-Office Users and Stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges, and system requirements.

• Design and architect information systems that meet the specific needs of Front-Office functions.

• Oversee the implementation of Front-Office systems, including software configuration, integration with other systems, and data migration.

• Deliver and support the Global markets platform (Murex), manage the quality of functional delivery and ensure the implementation and deployment of the deliverables.

• Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).

• Contribute and assist existing support parties in resolving requests or issues with Front Office, P&L, Market Data, and booking issues.

• Interact with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while taking into account business, technical and delivery constraints.

• Communicate the principles, standards, vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and proactively addressing any questions/ concerns identified.

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Business Analytics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Information System Management or related discipline.

• Hands-on exp as System Analyst in Product Control is a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge and functional experience on various asset classes. E.g. FX MM, IRD, EQD

• Solid experience in gathering and writing requirements and functional specifications.

• Motivation to work in the financial software/ investment banking industry.

• Experience on Murex Environment Management would be an advantage.

• A strong proven track record of client servicing.

• Understand customer needs and build effective relationships.

• Strong time management skills and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills.
