Music Academic Director
Job Description
--Maintaining and updating our database and student records through our school management system.--Monitoring daily schedules of teachers and students to ensure the smooth running of classes.--Dealing with all academic affairs related to ERF (e.g. course registration, course delivery, AEB meetings, course planning)--Leading piano and music theory lessons.--Leading group lessons--Evaluation of students based on their individual learning progress.--Preparing students for music examinations.--Completing general administrative and operational tasks.--Dealing with all examination related matters including registration, payments for examinations etc.Requirements--Bachelor's degree or higher in piano performance.--Have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in PEI.--Familiar with academic matters related to PEIs.--Good knowledge of MS Office is a must.--Strong initiative, detail orientation and good time management skills.--Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.--Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
