The Music Administrator will provide full support to the Music Department, parents, students, instrumental teachers and other key stakeholders. He/she will support the growth of the I The Music Administrator will provide full support to the Music Department, parents, students, instrumental teachers and other key stakeholders. He/she will support the growth of the Instrumental Music Programme within the school, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of instrumental lessons and providing additional support for music-related events. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties This position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential functions: . Work with our team of instrumental tutors to deliver weekly lessons. . Organising termly and weekly schedules in response to needs of tutors and parents. . Monitoring student attendance. . Ensuring correct billing in liaison with tutors, parents and Finance Team. . Managing instrumental tutors with respect to their scheduling and billing, and providing support on any arising matters. . Supporting tutors with Google Classroom and providing general tech support and training as needed. . Managing and promoting continuous enrollment and withdrawal of students. . Assisting with recruitment of new instrumental tutors. . Managing instrumental loans and maintaining quality of school instruments. . Liaising with Marketing and Admissions Teams on promotional matters. . Providing administrative support for extra-curricular music activities. . Providing administrative support for music-related events. . Collaborating with the Music Department to produce regular newsletters. . Creating promotional displays. . Undertake any additional responsibilities which may reasonably be required by the school. . Attend meetings as needed with the Director of Music and other team members . . Delivering termly analysis for the Instrumental Programme. REQUIREMENTS . 2 years' experience of working in an administrative position with strong admin acumen . Candidate must possess at least a Diploma . Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team environment . Fast learner with ability to take own initiative . Excellent communication, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in spoken and written English OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES .
