The Radiant Spectrum is a music enrichment school for young children with special needs in Singapore. We work passionately with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), intellectual disability (ID), selective mutism, speech delay, tics, and more.
We are looking for individuals who are motivated, gritty, flexible, and open-minded. If you seek a meaningful career with children with special needs, we\'d love for you to join our team!
Job Scope:
- Conduct music enrichment sessions in an individual or small group setting for children with special needs
- Prepare weekly lesson plans
- Monitor and record the student\'s progress
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Music qualification
- Music teaching experience
- Patient, nurturing, and deeply empathetic of children with special needs
- Bubbly, cheerful, and positive personality
- No prior experience working with special needs children is needed. Training will be provided.
- 5 day week (1 weekend and 4 weekdays, or 2 weekends and 3 weekdays. Compensation varies depending on committed schedule.)
