Job scope/summary :
Provides support for orders, questions, concerns, and events for Wellness Advocates in Singapore.
Qualifications/experience:
Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
Key responsibilities:
1. Attend to walk in, inbound phone call enquires and email replies
2. Communicate effectively on customers enquiries
3. Support related events
4. Provide clerical and administrative support to management office if needed5. Assist in any adhoc projects required by management
