Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision & Coordination

o Take charge of project execution on site, ensuring works are carried out according to schedule and specifications

o Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth project progression

2. Site Testing & Quality Control

o Conduct and supervise various site tests (e.g., Non Destructive, Test, Plate Load Test, Structural Inspection) to ensure compliance with specifications

o Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project

3. Facade Inspection & Assessment

o Perform inspections and assessments of facade works, ensuring safety, alignment, and regulatory compliance

o Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and coordinate necessary rectification works

4. Technical Support

o Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications

o Resolve site issues and provide timely technical solutions

5. Documentation & Reporting

o Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates

o Ensure proper documentation for testing, inspections, and approvals

6. Safety & Compliance

o Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all activities comply with workplace safety and health regulations

o Conduct safety briefings and monitor site safety conditions

7. Stakeholder Coordination

o Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and project updates

o Attend coordination meetings and ensure effective communication across all parties

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination
