To be in charge of the day-to-day operations including overseeing all staff and
their performance and to maintain cleanliness of the premise with a high
standard safety and sanitation standards
Will be required to work night shift daily as well as on weekends and eve of
public holidays.
To hire, train and manage operational staff.
To plan the menu and promotional items
To work with the marketing team to promote the club and propose monthly
promotions and events.
