We are looking for a highly motivated Account Specialist Team Leader to take responsibility for developing the regional NAS team in Asia Pacific to increase lead qualification and sales conversion activities for new and repeat business.
The Details... Reporting to the Senior Director Sales, Asia Pacific , the successful candidate will take responsibility for developing the regional NAS team in terms of increasing leads and sales conversions for new and repeat business, as well as working to ensure the retention and progression of existing customers by actively building relationships and delivering up to date product information. A vital part of the role will be to develop teamwork between the NAS team, customer service, technical service and field-based commercial personnel to deliver successful implementation of nanopore sequencing by the customer. Occasional travel will be required to fulfil role objectives.
