How you create impact

  • Manage back-office and support functions within Airfreight.
  • Oversee implementation, process analysis, continuous improvement, training, support, and maintenance of all Airfreight processes and related applications.
  • Drive process excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and standardization.
  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Process & System Support team (where applicable).
  • Ensure structured, transparent, and professional coaching and development of team members.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes for Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Support Airfreight operations across the entire sales and operational cycle.
  • Build and maintain a robust operational platform to enable sustainable business growth.
What we would like you to bring
  • To be responsible for the delivery of day to day process support for operations and management through supporting our Air freight production systems in cooperation with the regional team.
  • To oversee and ensure the delivery of user training (system enhancements, process optimization and other advanced and dedicated trainings).
  • To ensure high operational data quality via analysis, review and action planning together with the Operational Manager.
  • To support and oversee supplier electronic data (EDI) interfaces via definition of requirements, support and communicating with IT teams for specifications.
  • To drive process optimization and support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality of operational processes and systems.
  • To oversee the testing and implementation of new releases in cooperation with the Regional Team. To act as the interface between IT and the business by defining + communicating system requirements in cooperation with Regional Team.
  • To drive the analysis of operational procedures for both customers and suppliers and assist with documenting and producing solutions.
  • Responsible for managing and supporting new accounts into the business environment for SG+MY
