What the role is:The Strategy Team in the National Climate Change Secretariat is seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our team in developing the Central Outlook, a pivotal project aimed at identifying and assessing international climate-related trends and developments that could impact Singapore\'s decarbonisation strategies. The intern will play a crucial role in scanning authoritative reports, synthesizing stakeholder views, and extracting insights from various news sources. The research conducted will contribute to a comprehensive set of implications, guiding strategic direction and resource allocation for Singapore\'s government agencies in the upcoming year.What you will be working on:Project Title: Refresh of the Climate Change Central Outlook Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Scan and analyze authoritative reports to identify international climate-related trends and developments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Synthesise stakeholder views to assess potential impacts on Singapore\'s decarbonisation strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extract and compile insights from various news sources to inform policy decisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to the development of a comprehensive set of implications for strategic direction and resource allocation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the team in strategic planning and policy development for Singapore\'s government agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. 8 weeks (12-24 weeks preferred)What we are looking for:
