Job Description

Lead and manage the NDT department, ensuring effective scheduling, workflow, and quality output. Supervise and mentor NDT technicians and ensure proper training, certification, and competency. Develop, implement, and maintain NDT procedures in compliance with applicable standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, etc.). Ensure all inspections are performed according to client specifications, internal procedures, and industry regulations. Manage NDT equipment calibration, maintenance, and procurement. Interface with clients, auditors, and third-party inspectors regarding NDT matters. Maintain documentation and traceability for inspections and certifications. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations. Provide technical support to engineering, manufacturing, and quality departments. Participate in audits (internal and external) and lead corrective/preventive actions related to NDT findings. Stay updated on advancements in NDT technologies and recommend improvements. * Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
