Software Engineer (.Net Core) - 1 Year Contract - Singapore

$4500 - $6000

Key Responsibilities:

Provide maintenance and support for enterprise applications, investigating and resolving system issues for internal and external clients. Analyse and implement enhancement requests to improve system functionality and performance. Participate in stages of the SDLC, including system reviews with Project Leads/Managers. Design and document system enhancements, proposing appropriate tools and solutions. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure applications meet SLA requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system interdependencies and propose efficiency improvements. Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior engineers. Stay up to date with new technologies and solutions that can improve system support and development processes.

Experience Required:

C# .Net Core Expertise

: Minimum 2 years of experience in C#, .Net Core/Framework, .Net MVC, and Entity Framework.

Web & UI Skills:

Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Database & API Skills:

Experience with SQL, RESTful APIs, and JSON.

Agile Experience

: Familiarity with Agile methodology is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for working on complex enterprise systems.

Good to Have:

Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies (OAuth). Knowledge of React JS or other frontend frameworks. Exposure to Telerik, Kendo UI, TFS/VSTS, SSRS, or SSIS. Microsoft-related certifications are a plus. MS SQL Server 2012 and above.
This is a 1 year contract to start, renewable and convertible to permanent.
