Your new company
You’ll be working for a global bank who is looking for .Net Developer. This will be a contract till end of December 2022, contract extension is still subject to business approval, to be based in Singapore

Your new role

• Analyze problems raised in software development or production environments and provide timely solutions.
• Work with support teams, DBAs, end users and other stakeholders to resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with other teams in technology regarding deployment, interfaces and other development activities.
• Participate in SDLC processes such as change control, release and other activities.
• Provide second line support to production.
• Develop, prepare and maintain system documentation, including program descriptions, flowcharts and operational procedures.
• Be familiar with relational databases and fluent in SQL queries, including proficiency in fine tuning queries used by the application.
• Work with Analyst/Tech Lead to identify and understand functionality and requirements of the applications.
• Participate in requirement analysis with business analysts and end users.
• Participate in design, coding, testing and documentation for bug fixes, enhancements and new module development.
• Contribute to reengineering initiatives to address deficiencies in existing system and apply better design principals.
• Monitor and enhance development processes to improve overall system performance in a global environment.
• Follow standard processes for software development.

What you'll need to succeed

• Candidate must be able to join by latest by June 2022, ideally an immediately available candidate.
• Please note that candidates will have to complete an IKM test first, and only those who passed will be invited for an interview.
• 4+ years of experience as a C#/.Net Developer.
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on skills in C#. NET WinForms, Multithreading, TPL, LINQ etc
• Experience of working on third party libraries like Syncfusion, Infragistics or DevExpress UI libraries and Log4Net
• Unit testing, integration testing, behaviour testing, end to end testing with JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, etc.
• Experience using relational databases and SQL (such as PostgreSQL or Oracle)
• Use fluency in C# .Net and its related libraries and technologies (.NET 4.0 and above) to help develop software applications.
• Solid skills in C#. NET WinForms, Multithreading, TPL, LINQ etc. Knowledge of SQL as a query language. Good knowledge on PL/SQL on the server side.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS and Reactjs javascript framework.
• Experience of working in three tier architecture
• Exposure to JIRA, Git / Bitbucket with a sound understanding of Gitflow branching strategy.
• Exposure to build tools and CI/CD pipelines e.g. Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of software development experience
• The max monthly salary range is 6000 SGD till 8320 SGD max.
