Job Description

:

• Manage the company\'s network, systems, firewall, and storage, addressing any technical issues.
• Provide end-user support and training for both hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, network printers, scanners, biometric systems, CCTV, and other communication devices.
• Offer troubleshooting services and IT support for system-related problems.
• Handle system administration tasks, including data protection, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Set up, manage, and resolve issues with workstations and computer equipment.
• Monitor antivirus systems, ensuring updates and reporting.
• Create user manuals, maintain IT records, and ensure proper documentation.
• Oversee inventory management of all hardware and software.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows systems.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, SharePoint, and Autodesk tools
