Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network security devices (firewalls, routers, switches).
Implement and maintain security policies, standards, and best practices.
Monitor network performance and security events, responding to incidents promptly.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure connectivity and system integrity.
Perform regular vulnerability assessments and apply necessary patches.
Document network configurations and security procedures.
Generate and submit monthly network and security reports to management.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Networking, or Cybersecurity.
Minimum 1 year experience in network and security engineering roles.
Proficiency in Cisco, Fortinet, and Checkpoint technologies.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Checkpoint CCSA, or equivalent.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered 1 year agency contract employment.
