We are looking for the following position: Network Consultant (Juniper). Juniper Networks Pre-Sales is responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their technical requirements, and recommending appropriate Juniper networking solutions to meet their needs. This role involves providing technical expertise, presentations, and product demonstrations to assist customers in making informed decisions. Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Client Needs: Engage with potential clients to understand their networking requirements and challenges. Conduct initial needs assessments and gather technical information to propose suitable solutions.
  • Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Juniper Networks\' products and solutions. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and requirements.
  • Solution Proposals: Develop detailed technical proposals and solutions that align with the client\'s needs and expectations. Provide accurate product configurations and pricing to support the proposal.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on Juniper Networks\' product offerings, features, and industry trends. Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers, internal teams, and partners regarding Juniper products and solutions.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to understand sales strategies and goals. Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering and support, to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Develop and oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase the effectiveness and value of Juniper products in addressing client requirements.
  • Technical Consultation: Act as a technical advisor to clients during the pre-sales process, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and product capabilities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure their satisfaction with Juniper solutions.
  • Feedback and Product Enhancement: Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and areas for improvement, and communicate this feedback to Juniper Networks for product enhancement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to advise clients and improve Juniper\'s competitiveness.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely documentation, reports, and summaries of client interactions, product presentations, and other pre-sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • Preferred with Network, IT Systems or related Certifications.
  • Preferably 2-3 Years of either Pre-Sales, Post-Sales or Consultation in SI environment.
  • Familiar with Network Infra, Cloud, SaaS and AI-Ops.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $6,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month Benefits:
