Management of tickets to Data Centre operations for various tasks including cable checks, device replacements, and decommissioning
Updating firmware (operating system) of network devices

Provision of evidence to auditors regarding the logical security of network devices
Required Skills:
3 or more years of Networking Engineering experience, encompassing Layer 2 protocols, Layer 3 networking with IP, and routing protocols such as OSPF/IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS
Proficiency in troubleshooting across a range of networking platforms including Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and Arista
Strong scripting abilities for automating routine tasks is highly advantageous(preferred, though not strictly required)
Ability to collaborate effectively, listen attentively, maintain composure under pressure, gain confidence from peers, and adaptability, as the role may encompass diverse responsibilities such as design engineering, deployment engineering, operations, and project management
