Job Description
The Role:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer L3 to join our team. As a Network Engineer L3, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain and update Change and Incident reports with precise technical details, ensuring accuracy.
- Evaluate and assess run books and implementation plans for upcoming changes, ensuring they align with established standards.
- Provide timely and efficient support for high-priority incidents (P1/P2) within designated support hours.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers to facilitate access to infrastructure resources in remote support scenarios.
- Remain available to respond to urgent or emergency changes during critical infrastructure issues or essential tasks.
- May involve travel between Tuas and Pasir Panjang.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), showcasing comprehensive knowledge and expertise.
- Possession of CCIE certification is preferred and considered advantageous for the role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
