Job Description
:1. The engineer is required to update the Change and Incident reports with technical details and to create or review the run book/implementation plan for any upcoming changes.2. The engineer must provide support for high-priority incidents (P1/P2) during their allocated support hours.3. This role involves remote support, requiring the engineer to collaborate with Singtel engineers for access to PSA infrastructure.4. The engineer is obligated to maintain confidentiality and must not disclose any information outside of Singtel/PSA, as stipulated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) they are required to sign.5. The Scope of Work (SOW) does not cover upgrades to the ACI fabric.6. The engineer is expected to be available for urgent or emergency changes when there are significant infrastructure issues or other critical tasks.7. Listed below are the typical types of changes within PSA\'s operations. Note that this does not encompass emergency changes.8. Travelling between Tuas and Pasir PanjangRequirements:
- Proficient in Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI),
- An advantage if possess CCIE
