Install, maintain, and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies
Troubleshoot and Maintain Network components, configure routing, and VLAN, familiar with OSI layer and protocols
Perform routine maintenance and inspection of network and server system
Maintain IT Infrastructure and manage help desk issues
Perform system backup and database archiving processes to ensure data recoverability
Handling biometrics and CCTVs
Update software antivirus on a regular basis
The root cause analysis of the complex problem and provide corrective actions
Assist and install software system according to company needs
Provide advice and training to other associates
Monitoring and managing Incident
Basic understanding of the functioning of firewalls and networks

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with IT Ticketing System (Jira)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide fast response to queries and problems
Adept in troubleshooting skills
Effective communication skills
