Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring a Network Engineer to manage deployment projects and network support operations for customer environments -- across both infrastructure hosted by Acclivis and on-premise client sites.
You'll be responsible for configuring firewalls, routing, VPNs, and LAN/WAN connectivity to ensure secure and reliable network services.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy firewalls, switches, and routers for new rollouts or expansion projects Configure VLANs, IP routing, NAT, VPNs (IPSec/SSL) Monitor and troubleshoot customer networks and respond to incidents Maintain network documentation and update firmware/configs as needed Engage directly with customers and vendors on implementation and escalations
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Networking, Information Technology, or related field Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet NSE are highly preferred experience 4-7 years of experience in enterprise network support and deployment
Hands-on with:
Fortinet and/or Cisco firewalls Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) VPN configuration, NAT, VLANs Exposure to cloud networking (Azure, AWS) is a plus

OS & Virtualization: Windows Server, RHEL, IBM AIX, VMware Cloud: AWS, Azure Database: MS SQL, IBM DB2 Middleware: IBM WebSphere * Tooling: ServiceNow, Veeam, Zerto, Prometheus, PowerShell, Ansible
