Job Description
Responsibilities:
Field engineer Tier 1.5 network support Perform administration and support activities Network installation / configuration Create and maintain comprehensive documentation Participate in on call process as required
Job Requirements:
Working experience with switches, routers, firewall Knowledge on TCP/ IP, Layer 2 & Layer 3 Switches Knowledge with Wireless Network & Wireless Security Experience with Network monitoring tools Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and minimum with CCNA certification or equivalent Good Knowledge: Domain environment & MS Exchange (Microsoft certification) / Networking (Routing and Switching) / Virtualization environment (Hyper-V and VMware) * Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities, good problem-solving skills and good verbal and written communication skills
