DESCRIPTION:

• $2,800 - $3,500

• Office hours (Monday - Friday)

JOB SUMMARY:
1) Layer 2 Provisioning
2) Manage the prompt implementation of Layer 2 services
3) Manage the works order closure

RESPONSIBILLITIES:

• Manage, track and implement service on Transport Network.
• Ensure that all service deliveries are tracked and managed and services are delivered according to schedule, project plan and customer requirement.
• Work with internal stakeholder, System Integrators, Partners and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve customer network problem during implementation.
• Liaise with FOB and/or SGO or overseas partner to conduct circuit testing.
• Ensure diversity requirement are delivered accordingly.
• Track and monitor works-order job activities and update timely. To close order upon service commissioning.
• Ensure proper verification of configuration prior to commissioning.
• To update customers records, network connectivity, network diagrams into FRMS.
• To carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma in Physics/Computer Sciences/ IT related.
2. Preferably in Telecommunication, Info-communications Technology or its equivalent.
3. Preferably with Hardware/Network Engineering experience.
