- Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team
- Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor's support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
- Post-sales installation and technical support to customers
- Design, install, configure and maintain network and security infrastructure, including core network switches, routers and firewall
- Assist with the planning, design, research and installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software
- Familiar with Aruba switches and wireless , Cisco routers, firewall, switches
- Good troubleshooting skill to identify problems and make work around recommendations
