Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Network planning, design, implementation, monitoring, administration & troubleshooting.
- Error-free network transmission/playout of all TV channels
- To do proper coordination with Network Operations Centre to debug and diagnose network
- To provide customer support to the Internal Customers.
- To maintain IP phones, printers, IT assets, and system administration for company internal users.
- To take proper readings of all network components/servers and Electrical setup related and their
- Disciplined Reports Generation/ Graphs Operational status
CISCO Routers, Switches, Networking, Linux, System Administration, etc.
Experience in Broadcast IT equipment & workflows will be an added advantage.
Relevant Soft skills & Personality Traits:
1. Written & spoken communication skills suited for Internal & External Correspondence & coordination.
2. Interpersonal skills for internal, client & government relations.
3. Anticipatory Troubleshooting & proactive approach
4. Working knowledge of MS office.
