Network Engineer (Full / Part Time)

Assist with Home Automation devices for Singapore homes and offices.

Your role involves:

• Responsible for day to day operations and administration on network infrastructure.
• Perform onsite installation, configuration and maintenance of network equipment and network operating system in remote sites.
• Responsible in troubleshooting and/or debugging network related problems. Good knowledge troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities to second-level teams.
• Setup and configure complex switching environments base on approved designs
• Experiment with products, connect devices to hub
• Manage the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the EnOS(TM) Platform and all services it provides.Manage automations of Home Assistant platform
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the platform/ hub, so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other tasks delegated by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT equivalent or related fields
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Operational experience in managing/maintaining Enterprise network environments within a managed service environment.
• Knowledge in IoT devices.
• Fast and independent learner. Able to work from home in an responsible and accountable manner.
• Experience in Cisco syntax, AWS and GCP networking will be preferred.
• Team player
