Job Description

What You\'ll Do

• As a Network Engineer, you will partner with our Project Teams in a technical role. You will provide site survey, network architecture design guidance, installation and configuraton and explain how product features and solutions benefit our customers and meet their needs.

• In this role, you will cover Singapore and Malaysia technical supports. As a trusted service provider, you will handle network and hybrid cloud technical issues on customers site (remotely or onsite).

• You will work with a wide variety of technologies and will therefore need strong collaborative and self-learning skills to understand technical issues and coresponsiding solutions.

• To sharpen your technical skills, you will work with our vendors technical team, such as Cisco, HP Aruba, Forti, Singtel and Starhub, etc.

Required Knowledge And Experience

• You should be a Diploma in Computer Science, Management Information, Computer Information Technology or a related subject area from a University/ College or Accredited Course.

• 1year of Telco, Networking, IT related experience.

• Familiarity with WAN / LAN Networking and Hybrid Cloud technologies,

A. Hands-on working knowledge of Routers, Switches, SD-WAN, Firewalls, WiFi AP. B. Familiarity with vSphere ESXi platform. C. Good knowledge of Cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure. D. Diagnose and troubleshoot experience in enterprise network, such as routers, switches, SD-WAN, firewalls, WiFi AP, and other various network-related issues. E. An active technology certificate is preferred, such as CCNA / CCNP / AWS SAA. F. Familiarity with WAN / LAN Networking and Hybrid Cloud technologies,

• Good communication skills,

A. Fluent in English and Mandatory with excellent verbal and written communication. B. Collaborate with project team members to fix network outages, configurations, and sophisticated networking issues on customers\' devices. C. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. D. Effectively connect with customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing. E. Good inter-personal skills.

• Car driver license preferred.
