The RoleAssist senior engineer in engineering project distributions and rollout. Design, plan, and engineer different network platforms and systems to meet product specification and operational requirements. Carry out emergency duties. Provide support in maintaining internal systems and servers, IT support to colleagues, and carry out IT policies in ASEAN offices. Follow up customer complaints and inquiries with Customer Services and Sales. Support and cooperate with operation team in daily operations on production platforms with a focus in the ASEAN region. Assist in inventory control of networking and IT assets in accordance with company policy.

Your Profile

• Holds a degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in ISP network planning, installation, data center operations, and customer technical support in the telecommunications industry. Is able to provide support to customer in fluent English and also Chinese.

• Proficient in system monitoring and backup tools; hands-on expertise with routers (including Cisco) and LAN switches; familiarity with UNIX/Linux servers, with knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform as an advantage; in-depth understanding of Connectivity, Broadband technologies, Internet, Web, DNS, Email, MRTG, and Network Monitoring tools.
