• Windows server configuration and support
• Experience in configuring and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, network routing and WIFI Access Point to maximize network efficiency and security
• Maintain and updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
• Experience in Office 365, Teams, One Drive and SharePoint support
• Cloud experience in Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) would be an added advantage
• End-user, computer and software support
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technology
• Perform IT Help Desk and other IT support activities for the assigned region countries remotely

Technical Talent Specialization

• Good knowledge on Windows servers and routing protocol
• Preferable those possess CCNA / CCNP / CCIE / CompTIA Network & Security
• Good knowledge on Firewalls (Palo Alto)
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networks
• Good knowledge on Azure or AWS cloud technology
• Good knowledge on Office365

Experience & Skill-set required:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field or a combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT networking support related experience
• Strong IT Technical understanding and a hands-on person
• Fast learner and able to adapt to frequent changes in business environment
• Able to handle multi tasks, work independently and prioritize workloads effectively
• Must be a team player
