Daily operations of all managed Network equipment, including daily checks on the network health and connectivity on the WAN and LAN.
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve network problems.
Ensure network connectivity of third party equipment in the network.
Work with vendor for all upgrades, installations, testing to ensure compatibility, application of patches, firmware and latest drivers to the Network infrastructure.
Provide technical assistance and support on network equipment setup, deployment, commissioning and decommissioning.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines with 2 to 3 years of experience in in Network support and maintenance (LAN/WAN/Cloud)
Hands-and-legs support (onsite troubleshooting, hardware support, etc.)
CCNP certification required; CISCO exposure is essential
Experience in handling escalations and direct coordination with CISCO
Prior experience in maintenance and network incident management
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
