Job Description

Responsibilities:

Configure and manage enterprise load balancers (F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, NGINX Plus, HAProxy) and application gateways Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower) Implement secure routing and switching solutions, including VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP Design and maintain cloud network security solutions (Azure Firewall, AWS Network Firewall, Google Cloud Armor) Implement Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS), including tuning rules and monitoring logs Apply network security protocols (IPSec, SSL/TLS, 802.1x) and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions Conduct security hardening and perform security assessments on network devices Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and SD-WAN solutions (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, Cisco SDA) Familiarity with network monitoring and analytics tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) Experience with VPN and remote access solutions (Cisco AnyConnect, Palo Alto GlobalProtect) Knowledge of network automation and orchestration using scripting (Python, Ansible)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network and security engineering Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and security best practices Experience in deploying, managing, and supporting modern network and security solutions * Familiarity with ITIL best practices and processes
