The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting and delivering core
network infrastructure projects
within a defence environment.The role involves coordinating implementation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems while ensuring timely project delivery and compliance with security requirements.

andstrong coordination skills to work effectively with end-users, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end delivery of
network infrastructure projects
, including planning, setup, configuration, and testing. Performinstallation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
ofrouters, switches, firewalls, and UPS systems.
Coordinate withvendors, users, and project stakeholders
to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution. Monitor network performance and provide operational support during project rollout. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and network topology diagrams. Ensure compliance withdefence network security standards and protocols
.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
.CAT 1 MSD clearance
required (or eligible to obtain).Hands-on experience
withrouters, switches, firewalls, UPS, and network monitoring tools.
CCNA certification
highly preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with end-users and vendors.Preferred Attributes
Prior experience supporting
government or defence-related infrastructure projects
. * Knowledge ofnetwork delivery, implementation, and operational support
workflows.
