Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • To develop new businesses and regional relationships to increase market share in multiple verticals.
  • To evaluate the prevalent trends, dynamics and market movements to grow businesses.
  • To engage in targeted conversations that steer customers to solutions that address their needs.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders across different functions in SingPost Group - including Business Units, Operations, Group Technology, Finance, Customer Service, as well as external stakeholders - to drive new strategic projects and initiatives that supports the growth strategy and maximize business performance.
  • To evaluate the wider implications of technology analysis and research to draw inferences on logistics operations.
  • Jointly work with internal teams to develop and maintain reports for stakeholders to measure business performance and further insights to support future business strategy planning.
  • To drive and perform competition/market benchmarking exercise to ensure market competitiveness for key products & key trade-lanes.
  • To provide high quality project management skill sets in assigned task(s)
  • To establish and maintain effective communication with Sales, Finance, Operations, and external customers, suppliers, and agents.
  • To provide project updates, reporting on progress to all key stakeholders including customers
  • To plan and to drive solutions\' requirements with vendors including testing and trials.
  • To lead development plans to implement innovative logistics solutions, mitigating risks and solving issues adopting best practices mindset.
  • To maintain and to uphold quality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checks.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • To maintain proper audit trail - project records and documentation.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years in a project management related role with logistics operations in e-Commerce cross-border and/or solutioning background.
  • Experience with implementing) at least 2 business solutions in the last 3 years.
  • Excellent presentation, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, customer focused, and results-oriented in all aspects of planning and delivery.
  • High-performing and adaptable in a semi-structured environment.
  • Ability to synthesize a large amount of information into a clear message.
  • Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact.
  • Change Management.
  • Provides a high-level understanding of business, information, and IT resources used to perform daily business operations.
