- Work with US customers in a 24x7 operations environment, dealing with virtual and physical servers, network equipment, operating systems, system and application software, and cloud services and infrastructure
- Be familiar with dashboarding and alerting systems
- Monitor global systems
- Interact with stakeholders and engage with Infrastructure Teams in the US (Tier 2 and up)
- Perform triaging
- Conduct ticket management, documentation and handover processes, and knowledge base maintenance
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- With systems monitoring experience
- Proficient in using SolarWinds, Remedy, or similar tools
- Knows how to use ServiceDesk
- Skilled in using ticketing tools such as SNOW
- Amenable to work in QC-SM North EDSA site
- Experience in VMware. Citrix XenApp, AWS, Powershell, Wintel (Windows), Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365
