Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and maintaining SQL databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful Implementation of fibre optic projects.
- Manage and maintain databases, including updating project progress and remarks
- Script and prepare data for various reports and presentations
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness of reports
- Prepare and dispatch weekly reports and presentations
- Analyse prepared reports and present results and findings to various stakeholders
- Coordinate with inter-department stakeholders, to escalate exception orders within Operations department and monitor its project status until completion
- Other related duties as assigned by Manager
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline with Fibre Optic Project Engineer or relevant working experience is preferred
- Experience with SQL scripting and database management
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels (Management and working level)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of fibre optic network is an advantage
- Mon to Thurs 830 to 6, Fri 830 to 530, Bedok
