We are currently seeking a Network Senior Manager to join our team in Mexico, Mexico (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).


Management and technical Lead


This requisition seeks a highly skilled delivery manager with a strong understanding of management and technical

skillset with Cisco/Aruba Routing & Switching, Cisco wireless and Fortinet SDWAN. The selected candidate will

operate as a Delivery Manager, responsible for overall account project delivery.The candidate will also serve as a Point of Contact (POC) for customer. As this is customer facing role. Candidate

will make sure overall troubleshooting and project delivery is completed with quality and within given

deadline/SLAs.



Key Skills:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement network delivery strategies that support organizational growthand digital transformation.

- Project Oversight: Lead large-scale network deployment and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and cost-

e?ective delivery.

- Team Management: Supervise and mentor network engineers and delivery managers; foster a high-

performance culture.

Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party service providers and ensure SLAs are met. Performance Monitoring: Oversee network performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and

implement improvements.

Security & Compliance: Ensure network infrastructure complies with security standards and regulatory

requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgets for network delivery projects and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership

role.

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, cloud networking, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity protocols. Proven experience in managing complex network delivery projects. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or PMP are highly desirable
