The Company:The organization is known for innovative approaches to enhance customers experience and leveraging technology and seamless service to maintain the organization\'s reputation for excellence.We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented, and dynamic individual to design and manage IT Infrastructure and Communication Systems. This role involves managing current IT infrastructures and security services in both public cloud and on-premises environments, supporting operational systems. The candidate will also spearhead IT initiatives, develop technical requirements for IT master plans, and support current and future business needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Lead in strategizing and developing technical roadmaps, maintenance contracts, tech refresh, and implementation plans.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to develop business cases for new projects.Technical Solutions: Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendors to review and propose technical solutions and key performance indicators.Project Management: Ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements through proper project and change management.Operations Management: Lead and manage 24/7 operations, incident handling, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of IT infrastructure to support operations.Performance Monitoring: Manage IT operations and performance of IT Infrastructure systems (Wired/Wireless) to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Perform, review, and enhance business and IT processes as part of continuous improvement efforts.Requirements:Educational Background: A degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or a related discipline.Relevant working experience managing outsourced contractors and hands-on experience configuring network and security equipment is preferred. Candidates with no prior experience but an interest in pursuing a network specialist track are welcome to apply.Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and consensus at all levels.Communication Skills: Effective communication, presentation, and written skills to describe and demonstrate technical solutions to internal and external parties, including senior management.Personal Attributes: Team player, self-motivated, creative, driven, assertive, and analytical.Certifications: Professional and technical certifications such as CCIE, CCNA, CCDP, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, CITPM, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are advantageous.Proactive Mindset: An inquiring mind to proactively identify potential cyber threats and develop action/mitigation plans.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future by ensuring robust and innovative IT infrastructure and communication systems.Working Location: Singapore, EastApply online or feel free to contact me directly (via email: ) for more information about this opportunity.
