• Manage technical network solutions and frameworks
• Design, implement and manage security controls
• Provide corporate data and voice network solutions for business and application requirements
• Manage network operation, analysis and cost optimization
• Troubleshooting network architecture and making recommendations to exceed SLA expectation
• Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation
• Manage and partner technology vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
• CCNA, CCNP or CCIE Certifications
• Experience in running network and voice solutions for multiple locations
• Experience in managing firewall solutions
• Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills
• Strong vendor management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in managing VMware and SAN storage solution
• Experience in managing and setting up cloud architecture
• Experience in managing data center operation
• Experience in managing IT security risk and IT security solutions
• IT Security Certification advantageous (for e.g. CISSP)
• AWS or Azure Foundation or Architecture Certification advantageous

In addition, we also give back to the community by volunteering and working with various beneficiaries. Our staff visited beneficiaries such as Willing Hearts and Singapore Food Bank, to help prepare meals. Together with the Attractions, Resorts & Entertainment Union (AREU), our staff sewed stuffed toys made from socks, with proceeds going to Dignity Mama to enable young adults with disabilities to gain basic entrepreneurial skills and lead independent lives.
