Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Implement, maintain, and support all IT network and systems (e.g. Routers, VPN, Core/Distribution/Edge Network Switches, WiFi Systems)

\xc2\xb7 Management of all Firewalls.

\xc2\xb7 Project Manage and support in IT Network related projects.

\xc2\xb7 Manage Procurement Process (RFQ and Tenders)

\xc2\xb7 Perform preventive maintenance & Attend to all network issues

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage access to the network.

\xc2\xb7 Provide support and escalate to Level 2 & 3 for problem resolution as needed

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Infocomm Technology, Computer Science or Cisco Certified Network Associate equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 At least 4 years of relevant working experience

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimum guidance and monitoring

\xc2\xb7 Willing to work after normal office hours during maintenance windows and project implementations

\xc2\xb7 Standby engineer for emergency support contact

\xc2\xb7 Certified Cisco Network Professional certification would be a plus

\xc2\xb7 Strong service orientation with minimum Class 2B / 3 motor license

\xc2\xb7 Willing to work in outdoor environment & Team player
