Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems of the company across the different countries that the organization operates in, including systems in offices and datacentres
• Address and support end-user issues with the organisations Network, Systems and Security
• Monitor and ensure server uptime to ensure that the systems that support the organisations function runs smoothly
• Standby 24x7 to be ready to address potential issues that result in server downtime including but not limited to: cyberattacks, system failure, hardware failure.
• Preparing post mortem reports and trend analysis for incidents
• Identify manual processes that can be automated through scripts and/or other methods

Job Requirements

• No need prior working experiences
• Degree in a Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information systems is preferred
• Good working knowledge of DHCP, TCP/IP and Windows OS security
• Familiar with common standard PC software such as MS Office, MS Outlook, Antivirus Software, Encryption Software, etc
• Knowledge of administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization technologies, trouble-shooting problems related to PCs in a LAN environment, print & file server would be an advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels.
