2 Years HR Generalist - UP to $5000 Our client is an established and reputable firm in a public policy industry Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar Job Duties: * Handle end-to-end recruitment activities 2 Years HR Generalist - UP to $5000 Our client is an established and reputable firm in a public policy industry Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar Job Duties: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities such as posting of job ads, scheduling of interviews which may include travel arrangements for overseas candidates, on-boarding process of new hires and benefits enrolment. Provide overall support and ensure smooth operations in employee life cycle processes (on-boarding coordination, employee career development and retention, exit management). Prepare relevant HR letters for contract management of staff and announcements. Provide back-up support as payroll and benefits processor and administrator. Maintain, organize and ensure accuracy of personnel records in P-files. Conduct daily updates of HRIS database, ensuring accuracy of information. Provide support in HR analytics and statistics reporting. Support staff health and well-being initiatives. Act as first point of contact for HR-related enquiries from staff and external vendors. Assist with planning and execution of special events such as organizational wide town hall or employee recognition events. Initiate and drive constant improvement of HR processes to achieve operational excellence continuously. Support the review and implementation of HR policies which includes performance management, compensation, and benefits review. Perform any other work assignments/duties/projects as assigned by group head and/or supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years' experience in HR operations gained in multinational companies. A self-driven and hands-on team player, with a positive 'can do' attitude and strong innovation and learning capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with varied stakeholders.
