Job Duties:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design investment solutions and structure fund vehicles that meet client needs, business goals and regulatory compliance Develop product term sheets, business cases, and supporting materials in consultation with stakeholders to secure internal approvals and sign-offs, under the firm's product governance framework Assist with competitor scanning and analysis to support Manager and stakeholders in making informed decisions on product positioning (strategy, features, pricing, product differentiation and target clients) to achieve business goals Responsible for end-to-end project management related to product strategy, development and management Ensure clear communication of product information, action steps and regular update on project progress Support the product lifecycle of funds, including the launch, repositioning, restructure, maturity of closed-end products, termination of funds and etc Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in product development role in the finance and/or fund management industry Familiar with MAS Code of CIS, fund structures, tax schemes and investment regulatory frameworks for funds across jurisdictions Experience in product management and delivery is highly desired.
