Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and finish bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and production schedules
Maintain consistent product quality, taste, and presentation
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are followed in the kitchen and work area
Assist in daily preparation and support team members in production
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker or in a similar baking role
Passionate about baking and producing high-quality products
Able to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
