Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning. We are presently seeking for New Production Introduction Engineer that will support the full development of Valeo Scala 2 Gen5 of front-of-line processes which include die attach, wirebond, x-ray inspection, PCB cleaning, 2nd Optical Inspection and other related processes.
Main responsibilities:

• Leads development and optimization of front-of-line process.
• Drives operational excellence, provide overall control, direction, and management of process engineering focusing on the achievement of Operation’s performance goals including yield & quality improvement, COPQ reduction, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably with product and process development experience or newly grad with above average academic records.
• Should know how to interpret engineering drawings.
• Versatile and fast learner, must have positive disposition, good leadership skills and results-oriented.
• Must have good understanding of DOE.
• Experienced in optoelectronics components assembly and application is an advantage.
