Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead NPI projects from planning through to execution, ensuring smooth integration into plant operations. Partner with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to deliver seamless product and packaging introductions. Develop, update, and manage BOMs to align with assembly requirements. Oversee data accuracy in SFC and SAP systems. Provide technical support and understanding of Server & Rack assembly processes. Collaborate on innovative packaging solutions for racks and complex assemblies. Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency. Offer hands-on assistance during production ramp-up stages. Ensure compliance by participating in ISO audits.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with exposure to NPI or process engineering. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach.
