Job Description

A leading global insurance company is embarking on a multi-year and multi-dimension cyber security transformation initiative to continuously modernize, uplift, and strengthen the cyber security posture of the organization.One key component of this program is the migration to a Global MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) platform and service for 10 Group Companies (GCs) across 5 countries in the South East Asia Region.Primarily focused on Threat Detection, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Proactive Threat Detection, and Mitigation, the Program Manager will lead the cyber security transformation initiative.Responsibilities:

• Experience and rich knowledge in Cyber security transformation program /Project such as Threat Detection, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Proactive Threat Detection, and Mitigation.
• Own end-to-end project management and delivery across the region.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align projects with the company\'s strategy.
• Manage project dependencies, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Program & Project Owners, Leads, SMEs, and stakeholders to finalize technical requirements and solutions.
• Engage and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project progress.
• Track progress against plans and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead activities towards successful project closure, including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period.
• Manage application maintenance and support services.

Qualifications:

• Minumum 8+ years of relevant experience in Program Management.
• Regional experience covering multiple business units in multiple countries preferred.
• Knowledge in IT security and IT service management advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate internal and external project team members.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel internationally within the region as required.
